Joy is a multi-sector professional with diverse portfolio of skills, experiences, global upbringing and insatiable appetite for challenge. He currently serves as the president of Finance Insurance Ltd. He has also served as the Director and Deputy Director for the City and County of Honolulu, a lecturer at Hawaii Pacific University, and has served in multiple roles for Kaiser Permanente.
