Maggie has been with the Alliance for American Leadership since December 2025 when she started as Legislative Intern. During her time with A4AL she has served in multiple different roles including Legislative Intern Mentor, Deputy Campaign Strategy Director and Deputy Legislative Director as well as overseeing the hiring for Communications and Press leadership team members. She also served as an intern for an A4AL endorsed campaign during the primary elections in May 2026. Her goal as Chief of Staff is to work herself out of a job by restoring foreign aid through the hard work of herself and the A4AL team.

Maggie is currently attending Ohio University in the Ohio Honors Program as a Templeton Scholar which honors the first African American graduate as well as a Margaret Boyd Scholar, a program honoring the first woman graduate from Ohio University. She is pursuing dual bachelors in Pre-law Sociology and Anthropology with minors in History and Religious Studies as well as certificates in War and Peace Studies and Social Justice. She plans to attend law school starting in Fall 2027 with focuses on immigration and human rights law where after she plans to pursue work with the International Criminal Court.
