Jessica's a member of the federal Senior Executive Service (SES) corps. She's also a frequent keynote speaker and panelist. She's been a recognized advocate and spokesperson. Jessica's currently serving as an executive in the largest healthcare system in the United States.

Jessica has twenty years of public service in various executive leadership, operations, human capital, defense, and healthcare roles. She has extensive experience in leadership, human capital, talent management, learning, organizational effectiveness, organization development, and change management. Jessica's skilled in Congressional policy writing and review, and working with Professional Staff Members (PSMs). She's an expert in government relations.
