Mr. Boyle has more than 30 years of experience driving the growth of companies and non-
profits. He has served as a C-suite leader in the investment banking and investment
management industries, as well as Chair and Board Member for non-profits, industry
associations, and think tanks. His extensive global experience spans Europe, Asia, Africa, and
LaQn America. Before holding leadership positions, Mr. Boyle worked as an industry analyst
covering marketing services, transportation, and logistics sectors.

In 2024, Mr. Boyle founded MITS Capital LLC to invest in Ukraine’s domesQc defense industry.
With offices in NYC and Kyiv, MITS has quickly become the leading merchant bank in Ukraine’s
defense ecosystem. MITS Capital owns and operates MITS Accelerator in partnership with
American University Kyiv, provides consulting and investment banking services, and has a
portfolio of defense technology companies. MITS Capital sponsors the MITS Lightning Funds,
which are venture capital funds focused on the defense technology industry.

He also helps lead BOMA.ngo, a provider of poverty graduation programs in Sub-Saharan Africa.
A board member since 2015, Mr. Boyle served as Board Chair from 2018 to 2024. Mr. Boyle led
BOMA’s transition from a small, US-based non-profit to a major Africa-based and African-led
NGO. BOMA.ngo has assisted nearly 1 million people in lifting themselves out of ultra-poverty.

At Point72/SAC, a family-owned hedge fund, he served as a member of the Executive
Commi.ee for over 15 years. Mr. Boyle was a key contributor to the firm's growth from $4
billion in AUM to more than $16 billion. He led the relaunch of Point72 from a family office to a
registered investment advisor, raising over $3 billion in the most successful launch of an equity
long-short hedge fund at that time.

As the Head of Equities at Point72, Mr. Boyle oversaw an annual P&L exceeding $2 billion. He
managed over 70 portfolio teams consisting of more than 300 individuals across seven offices
worldwide. His responsibilities included hiring, training, capital allocation, risk management,
and execution trading.

Mr. Boyle was a founding partner of Thomas Weisel Partners (acquired by Stifel Corporation).
As Co-Head of Research and a member of the Operating Commi.ee, Mr. Boyle helped lead TWP
from a startup to the nation’s 12th-largest investment bank in just four years. Mr. Boyle has
assisted over a dozen companies in managing the IPO process.

As the principal of his family office, Mr. Boyle oversees portfolio strategy and asset allocation,
and he directly makes private equity and venture capital investments. He targets companies
that provide socially valuable functions, including workforce housing, mental health,
environmental remediation, and climate tech. Additionally, he serves as a strategic advisor to
several of his portfolio companies.

Mr. Boyle was a nonpartisan candidate in the 2021 election for Mayor of Ketchum, Idaho. He is
a candidate for City Council in 2023 and will run again for the Council this year. He has also been
active in local workforce housing issues.

Mr. Boyle graduated from Stanford University in three years with an AB in Economics and spent
a term at the University of Freiburg, where he studied European political and economic
integration. He holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth, an MA in International
Relations from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy (Tubs University), where he was
valedictorian and class speaker, and a PG Cert in Global Security from King’s College London.

Mr. Boyle has lectured on invesQng at Harvard Business School, Cambridge, Yale, Tuck
(Dartmouth), and Brown. He has served on the Advisory Board of the Center for a New
American Security (CNAS) and was a board member of the US Friends of the International
Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). He was an IISS delegate at the Manama Dialogue (Bahrain,
2020) and the Shangri-La Dialogue (Singapore, 2019 and 2020)
