DEPARTMENT
Richard Gray works at a think tank in Washington, D.C., where he researches U.S. geoeconomic strategy. Richard has worked across consultancies, U.S. government agencies, and think tanks in Washington, Silicon Valley, and Bangkok. In these positions, he has managed six-figure projects and advised on strategy, policy, and communications. He is also founder of Pacific Polarity, an organization facilitating dialogue and incubating ideas on Indo-Pacific governance.
Richard is a graduate of Grinnell College, where he studied history and international relations. During his studies, Richard conducted field and archival research spanning China, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and Scotland.
