Wofai Samuel is an International Affairs, Communications, and Trade Promotions executive with experience in delivering high-impact programs, brokering agreements, managing stakeholders and implementing dialogues that have strengthened economic partnerships and influenced policy decisions in the United States of America and sub-Saharan Africa.
She served as Acting Director-General of the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce, having previously joined the Chamber as Director of Communications, Government Relations, Advocacy, and Programs in 2022.
Wofai Samuel was Director of Communications and External Affairs at the U.K.–Liberia Chamber of Commerce, Editor of Africa Energy & Infrastructure Magazine, and Head of Oil & Gas Communications at Foreign Investment Network, and has moderated high-level meetings for multilateral organisations and governments internationally, including the Belarus-Africa Forum in Minsk; African Export-Import Bank-Egypt; Internet of Things-West Africa; sub-Saharan Africa Oil & Gas Summit-Kenya; Africa Local Content Fund Initiative–Angola; Afrexim Bank's Project Preparation Facility Launch in South Africa, African Development Bank-Côte d’Ivoire, amongst others.
Wofai Samuel served in Non-Profit Pan-African Representative roles funded by the United States Agency for International Development - USAID in South Africa, Nigeria, Rwanda, Ghana and Togo.
