Natasha Miller is a mental health advocate and emerging leader based in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, with a strong foundation in clinical training, evidence-based research, and community engagement. She is currently completing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Marquette University, where she serves on the Racial Justice Committee for the Graduate Student Organization.
Her work focuses on rural communities, low-income populations, and the role public policy plays in creating meaningful, lasting change — including the connection between foreign aid and behavioral health.
As Graphics Director with the Alliance for American Leadership, Natasha partners with the International Affairs, Communications, and Website teams to translate complex research and policy into clear, accessible communications. Her work spans merchandise design and ordering, logo development, one-page donor and volunteer flyers, and two-page congressional briefings. She brings the same clarity and commitment to her academic work, including the design of a grant proposal resource manual supporting mental health access in underserved communities.
Beyond her role at the Alliance, she serves as an advocacy and political design consultant, supporting additional nonprofit organizations, local political committees, and candidates running for Michigan House and Michigan Senate.
She is committed to building systems that are responsive to real community needs and to carrying that mission forward through both clinical practice and public service.
