Jordan W. Henry is a results-oriented healthcare leader and Chief AI Ethicist with deep expertise in pandemic response, global and public health preparedness, and the ethical adoption of AI. He has directed critical operations with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, managed COVID-19 surge operations for the CDC Foundation, and advanced biological emergency preparedness as a subject matter expert on bioterrorism and biological threats at the New Jersey Department of Health, where he provided leadership in the State Emergency Operations Center and developed statewide response training programs.
As a Founder of Veritas AI Consulting, Jordan guides healthcare organizations in the responsible integration of artificial intelligence, focusing on governance, ethics, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation—supported by advanced certifications from Oxford University, MIT Sloan, and Stanford. He serves on advisory boards for A4AL, HealthTasks.ai, One Patient One Cure, and the Institute for AI Governance in Healthcare, leads the Maine Chapter of the Applied AI Association, and serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maine.
