He most recently served as Acting Assistant Administrator for Global Health at USAID, where he led budget, policy, and programming activities while managing offices and teams and provided strategic direction across global health priorities.
Enrich's career spans leading USAID's operational readiness during the COVID-19 pandemic, managing multi-million dollar tuberculosis prevention programs across 23 countries, and working with international organizations like the UN. With legal education (JD from Brooklyn Law School) and extensive experience in government and public policy, he brings an analytical approach to strengthening institutional capacity and delivering measurable outcomes in resource-constrained environments.
