For 25+ years, Nitin Madhav led complex, mission-driven organizations at the intersection of international policy, education, and human development — most recently overseeing multi-billion dollar portfolios at USAID across Afghanistan, Central Asia, and the Indo-Pacific. Education has been the through-line of his work. Nitin championed higher education partnerships in conflict-affected regions, supported the financial governance of a U.S.-affiliated university, and overseen literacy initiatives that distributed more than 10 million textbooks. He believes deeply in the transformative power of student-centered, liberal arts education — particularly for young women and underserved communities.
