Richard Wooley brings a unique blend of experience in media, business, public policy, and nonprofit strategy, with a proven track record of turning ideas into impact. Skilled in operations, content development, messaging, and marketing, he thrives at the intersection of creativity and execution.

Over the years, Wooley has held various roles in both national and local political campaigns, including co-developing the first presidential exploratory campaign to leverage social media for gauging public opinion. Earlier in his career, he served as a constituent correspondent in the U.S. Senate and as a speechwriter at the EEOC, honing his skills in communication, policy, and public service.

As a writer and producer, he has contributed to the development of film and television projects and published hundreds of editorials for leading platforms such as Huffington Post and CNN Opinion. In the business realm, he has built and sold three companies with a 130% annual growth rate and guided over 500 entrepreneurs in scaling their small- to medium-sized businesses.

Today, Wooley also serves on the boards of nonprofits and social enterprises, developing strategies that drive meaningful, sustainable change. His passion lies in connecting vision to strategy—and strategy to results.
