Alyssa Bernhardt is the Deputy Fundraising Director and a Legislative Operations Manager at the Alliance for American Leadership. She simultaneously completes fundraising initiatives, campaign outreach, and recruits new interns and board members to the cause, as well as guiding and mentoring a group of 15 interns through their onboarding processes. Alyssa graduated early in 2025 with her Bachelor's in Interdisciplinary Social Sciences from Florida State University, with concentrations in Political Science and Public Administration along with a Certificate in Public Policy and a Specialization in Emergency Management with a Minor in Sociology, and plans to attend a Masters program to continue her education. Alyssa has worked in both educational and customer service roles, through her experience Guest Teaching in the Lee County School District, and working as a Tax Assistant and Secretary at a local business. She also works on Elijah Manley’s Campaign as a Campaign Fellow in Florida’s 20th Congressional District. Alyssa's experience across a variety of educational and professional fields highlights her dedication to supporting the well-being and social mobility of the average person, increasing political knowledge among community members, and supporting youth-centered leadership initiatives.
