Carmine Miklovis serves as a Deputy Strategy Director at the Alliance. Originally from Chicago, IL, he got his BA in International Studies from American University and MA in American Government from Georgetown University. He’s passionate about crafting bipartisan policy and eager to help the Alliance build a coalition to restore funding for foreign aid.
