Paul Lameta is a Policy Advisor at the Alliance for American Leadership, where he focuses on U.S. foreign aid, democracy promotion, and international development.

He holds a Master’s in International Affairs and Public Policy from Sciences Po (Lyon, France) and the University of Virginia, bringing experience in policy analysis, advocacy, and international relations, with a background in legislative research, campaign strategy, and NGO leadership.

His work bridges academic research and practical policy engagement to advance A4AL’s mission of strengthening U.S. global leadership.
