WASHINGTON (November 3, 2026) The Alliance for American Leadership (A4AL) today released its full slate of 64 endorsed candidates for federal office, including 54 sitting members of Congress and 10 candidates.

“Our volunteers have made more than 1,900,000 calls to support these leaders.” Asher Moss, Executive Director of the organization said. “Behind those calls were students, veterans, and diplomats from all 50 states who volunteered their time to talk to voters and support candidates committed to humanitarian aid and global development.”

Rep. Lois Frankel (D-Fla.), Ranking Member of the House Appropriations Subcommittee on National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs, posted on Facebook, “The Alliance for American Leadership has done remarkable work bringing young people into this fight. Their volunteers made more than 100,000 calls to support my reelection. Our future lies with young Americans, and watching them mobilize for compassionate American leadership in the world gives me real hope.”

A full list of the endorsed candidates is at the bottom of this page.

The Two Penny Pledge

The organization also announced today that fifteen leaders, including 13 of its endorsed candidates, have signed the Two Penny Pledge, committing to dedicate two percent of the federal budget to diplomacy and international assistance.

Candidates ran on the pledge because it is popular: seven in ten Americans, including Republicans and Democrats, support spending two percent of the budget on international assistance alone, according to an independent survey by Echelon Insights.

The idea behind the pledge is that preventing crises is far cheaper than responding to them. COVID-19 cost the United States $16 trillion, and the War on Terror cost $8 trillion. Spending two cents of every federal dollar to prevent wars and pandemics would reduce the deficit while keeping Americans safe.

Signers in Congress include: Rep. Herb Conaway (D-NJ-03), Rep. Bill Keating (D-MA-09), Rep. Jennifer McClellan (D-VA-04), Rep. Delia Ramirez (D-IL-03), Rep. Emily Randall (D-WA-06), Rep. Lateefah Simon (D-CA-12), and Rep. Marilyn Strickland (D-WA-10).

Candidates who have signed include Adrian Boafo (D-MD-05), Pia Dandiya (D-FL-22), Amanda Marie Green (D-FL-02), Dan Koh (D-MA-06), William Lawrence (D-MI-07), Angie Nixon (D-FL), Tom Perriello (D-VA-05), and Caitlin Rourk (D-TX-10).
