WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Alliance for American Leadership (A4AL), a Gen Z-led PAC, endorsed Rep. Joyce Beatty (D-Ohio) for reelection in Ohio’s 3rd Congressional District, citing her dedication to restoring U.S. foreign aid, strengthening diplomacy, and promoting stability.

Beatty has pledged to champion USAID funding and restoration. She previously voted against the Rescissions Act of 2025, which slashed approved foreign assistance.

Highlighting the local impact of foreign aid, Beatty pointed to USAID grants awarded to The Ohio State University for global food security initiatives, noting that funding cuts harm these research partnerships.

“Foreign aid promotes global stability and protects our troops,” Beatty wrote in her A4AL questionnaire. “Investing in peacebuilding and USAID programs is essential to preventing future conflicts.”

Serving since 2013, Beatty is a ranking member of the Financial Services Subcommittee on National Security, Illicit Finance, and International Financial Institutions.
