PALM BEACH, FL (June 10, 2026): The Alliance for American Leadership endorsed Congresswoman Lois Frankel at an event featuring over 130 constituents in her home district. The event took place just a mile from Mar-A-Lago, and brought together supporters of USAID in celebration of Frankel’s role as a voice for humanitarian aid in Congress.

Congresswoman Frankel has been a voice of reason on the benefits of foreign aid, having stated publicly, "Foreign assistance is not charity; it's strategy. When we invest in vulnerable communities... we make the United States safer, stronger, and more prosperous."

Asher Moss, the Executive Director of the Alliance for American Leadership, commented: “Congresswoman Frankel understands the strategic benefits foreign aid provides in American policy, both at home and abroad. She is a champion of the issues we, and many Americans, care about. We’re proud to endorse her in the 2026 election cycle.”

Representative Frankel is a key partner in D.C. and South Florida in the fight to protect lives globally and the security of the American people. A4AL youth canvassers are on track to knock more than 80,000 doors in the current election cycle for Congresswoman Frankel and the PAC's bipartisan slate of endorsed candidates.

"A study in The Lancet projects that 14 million people may die unless we restore USAID now," said Mahir Abrar, an A4AL canvasser. "I knock doors in the Florida sun every day because Congress isn't treating this issue with the urgency it deserves. This is the worst humanitarian crisis of our time, and we need leaders willing to act."

Strengthening America's soft power is one of the defining political battles of our time. That alone is reason enough to act, but it is also squarely in the interest of the United States. Foreign aid supports American workers and American businesses. Thirteen of the fifteen largest U.S. trade partners were once recipients of U.S. assistance. The food, medicine and technical expertise that comprises foreign aid is built by Americans, shipped out by Americans, and delivered by Americans to build the markets and alliances we depend on.

The Alliance for American Leadership, a bipartisan PAC, is committed to increasing public support for foreign aid and securing the votes to restore funding from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle.
