Burce Arfert is a hands-on finance executive with over 18 years of global leadership experience driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and enterprise transformation across organizations with revenues exceeding $6 billion. Her expertise spans strategic planning, FP&A, M&A, risk management, compliance, and digital finance transformation, with deep capabilities in process improvement and data analytics. Throughout her career, Burce has held senior leadership roles at global firms including GDI, Gehring, SEG Automotive/Bosch, Eaton, Dana, Delphi and Ford. She has led complex post-merger integrations, restructured operations, implemented enterprise-wide ERP and analytics systems, and developed finance organizations in multicultural and fast-paced environments across North America, Europe, and Asia. Burce is known for her strategic mindset, results orientation, and ability to align finance with broader business goals. She is fluent in German and Turkish, a CPA candidate (completion expected 2025), and holds a Master of Accounting (MAcc), an MBA from Oakland University, and a Master’s in Conflict Management and Negotiations from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
