Vincent drives the use of new technologies and innovations, developing strategies that lead to both business growth and significant social impact. He has a strong background in strategy, data analysis, and AI. His expertise is recognized by leading venture capital firms, industry leaders like Meta, Google, and Walmart, as well as startups and non-profit organizations. Vincent consistently identifies and develops solutions that cut through complexity and noise. Vincent is deeply committed to the intersection of technology and society. He led Global Strategy at Meta and Google, influencing how these companies innovated and expanded their technology & products globally. As a policy & AI advisor, his work supports the Alliance for American Leadership's mission to champion American competitiveness and global leadership. Vincent is also a researcher on China/CCP and the ramifications of its policies. He focuses on ensuring that U.S. innovation flourishes worldwide, strengthening the nation's standing and countering authoritarian influence by ensuring technological advancements serve the broader community. He also acts as a Country Manager for Climate Scorecard, reporting on East Asia's clean energy transition progress to U.S. policymakers. Beyond his technology work, Vincent's passion extends to neurodiversity and mental health. He actively supports these communities through his board roles with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (San Francisco) and the Reeds Fund for Autism. Vincent holds a Master's Degree in AI & Data Science from The George Washington University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration (International Policy) from Cornell University.
